This Training of Trainers program equips selected individuals—especially women, youth, and former beneficiaries—with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to become certified trainers and community educators.

·Training in public speaking, workshop facilitation, and adult learning techniques

·Trauma-informed methods for working with vulnerable populations

·Specialized modules on menstrual health, women’s rights, abuse prevention, and empowerment

·Coaching, practice sessions, and certification

·Career development for women and youth as trainers and facilitators
